PMBA is pleased to announce and welcome Marissa Massimore to the team as a new Tax Associate!
Marissa has experience in providing tax compliance and planning services for various Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining PMBA, Marissa worked at a Big 4 accounting firm as an International Tax Consultant, regularly working with Connecticut and New York City International Tax teams. Marissa also has experience working in-house on a corporate International Tax Team, gaining experience as a Tax Department Specialist.
With a demonstrated history of working in the industrial automation industry and international tax sector of public accounting, she has gained a plethora of professional skills that will be applied throughout her career at PMBA. She is also skilled in non-profit organizations, sales, event management, and volunteer management.
A new resident of Connecticut, Marissa earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Vermont and her J.D. from Pace University’s School of Law, focusing on Taxation and Corporate Law. She is interested in furthering her legal education by obtaining an L.L.M. in Taxation. When Marissa is not working, her hobbies include traveling with her dogs, visiting friends and family, and completing DIY projects around her new home.
